What is the history of Reardon Funeral Home?
James was born next door to the Old San Buenaventura Mission, but most of his adult years were spent in Oxnard, CA. He studied mortuary science in New York in 1934 and later opened the beautiful James A. Reardon Funeral Home that is still in operation today. He was an active member and P.E.R. of the Oxnard BPOE Elks, Lodge 1443, Oxnard Rotary Club, and the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Reardon passed away on April 14, 2007. The Reardon Funeral Home is proud to continue his legacy and offer professional service at prices that make sense. Feel free to drop in or call us with any questions you may have. Our funeral home is open to be a place of peace and comfort to the Ventura County community.
